How a Refund Transfer (RT) Works

Refund Transfer (RT) service is provided through our banking partner, Republic Bank, and solely determines all qualified RT candidates. R&G Brenner uses form billing to determine a client’s minimum fee.  Additional bank fees, processing fees & check issuance fees may apply and are itemized on your RT application, client receipt and/or client copy.  Refund processing times are determined by the IRS and can vary. Typically, electronically filed returns are processed within 21 days, but delays may occur. R&G Brenner is not responsible for IRS delays, refund offsets (e.g., for unpaid debts), or any discrepancies in the refund amount. By opting into the RT service, you authorize R&G Brenner and its banking partners to receive your refund, deduct applicable fees, and disburse the balance to you. This service does not provide a refund advance.
