About Elliot
I am an AFSP, RTRP and designated Senior Tax Preparer at R&G Brenner.
Been in the Accounting Industry for over 40 years and have been preparing taxes for the last 13.
I am a people person and enjoy working with people. It feels good to solve the client's difficult tax problems.
Being detailed oriented makes me great at this work. I usually pick up on things that others don't. This in turn most of the time means a lower tax liability for my clients or a higher refund. Overall good news.
I can prepare various state tax returns on top of 1040s.
I've done, payroll, bookkeeping, and auditing aside from tax preparation in my accounting career. This makes me great at what I know and that's numbers and Tax Law.
Tax Specialities

☆ Elliot’s Favorite Tax Tip
Keep decent records, especially on things you plan on deducting. Don't be under the misconception that you can deduct everything. Make sure you speak to a Tax Professional before you assume.
One bonus tip: if you use the standard deduction this year (2020) you can deduct $300 for charity.
